Fist International Conference on “Advancements in Biotechnology” was organized by Government Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) and AKHUWAT-Faisalabad Institute of Research Science and Technology on 30th– 31st March, 2016. This international conference gathered more than 1100 scientists, doctors, clinical researchers and biotechnologists to elucidate on the latest discoveries and researches in their respective fields of Biotechnology.
GCWUF and AKHUWAT-FIRST started their trend to hold the relatively this series of conference each year on Biotechnology, which proved appreciably successful. 1st ICAB was held at GCWUF and AKHUWAT-FIRST on 30th –31st March, 2016. This conference presented thoroughly enlightening keynote, invited, skype and session lectures delivered in 6 thematic sessions in the different aspects of biotechnology along with poster presentations and an associated commercial exhibition.
An array of distinguished scientists and researchers from all over the world enthusiastically participated in this conference to present their share of researches to the delegates craving for information on breakthroughs in diverse fields of science and technology.
The conferences drew a curtain on the 30th of March 2016 to be raised again next year in March-April 2016.
